• Booking

Bookings can be made by providing a credit card number. We just require the credit card number, expiry date, and the 3-digit security code on the back of your card. No money will be taken; your card serves as a guarantee of your reservation.

• Payment method

Payment for your stay can be made by cash or by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) at the Riad on departure.
Euros and Dirhams are accepted as payment for your stay. There is a 5% commission on card payments in Morocco. There is no charge for bank transfers from France in euros or from the United Kingdom in pounds sterling and it is possible to pre-pay by card using a secure online system either when making your booking via our website or on request by e-mail.
  • Cancellation Policy: If canceled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the hotel does not charge . If canceled or modified later 1 days only the FIRST night stay will be charged, If no-show, the charge will be  on total booking amount. For year end bookings high season,  30% will be charged on 1st December WITHOUT refund if last minute cancelation.

• Transport

The airport is 4.3 miles from the city. It is strongly recommended, and even ESSENTIAL to reserve a transfer in advance with the Riad Karmela Princesse (€15 for up to three persons or € 20 for four or more people. Depending on numbers, a minibus can bearranged)

• Currency exchange in Morocco

1 euro = 10.2 dirhams approximately.
In Morocco there are notes from 20 to 200 dirhams and coins from 0.5 to 10 dirhams.
